Club News for July-August 2026
Summer has started off on the cooler site, but we had a great turn out at the DL Cruise night on June 10th. If you have not made one of these shows the next on is July 8th. Our first summer meeting was held at Wolf Lake were we had lunch and a meeting.
There will be a fly-in event with a pancake breakfast at the DL airport on July 11th. We will be visiting Ecumenical in Detroit Lakes with a car gathering on July 20th. There is another visit planned for Pelican Landing residents on Tuesday August 25th.
The Detroit Lakes Fair is going on July 29th-August 1st, and the club will have a few cars on display.
The AACA Nationals is coming up in Green Bay July 25th, 2026. Randy and Sheila Blanford have been busy troubleshooting their 1933 Buick. Looks like we will have to re-core the radiator, not sure if we will get it back for the show. Very disappointing, but we have not giving up!!
